Jimmy's approach is straightforward: he believes in collaboration and responsiveness to client needs. His career has taught him the importance of these values, alongside a genuine passion for helping others succeed.

Outside of work, Jimmy values family time with his wife and three children. He also enjoys playing guitar with his band, Trinity Junction, and hitting the golf course.
